 things to ease our daily solutions to 

problems and these things at

 the same time can harm us if

 handled with out caution.

The use of mobile phone is an addiction nowadays, every adult and teenage or older are fond of using phones as first thing when they wake up and the last thing before they go to sleep at night. No one want to miss the online gossip, trends and businesses online.
Let me drive your thoughts to a different direction: 

PHONE ADDICTION.

Getting addicted to your phone can affect your body in several ways.
It has become common among house holds to show cartoons, games and poems to make kids sleep at night, this practice is wrong because this stops the development of brain and affect both the sleep quantity and quality, Due to radiation the chances of getting health challenges may also be found higher. These can happen to both adult and children who are addicted to chats and watching videos before going to bed.

Research has revealed that, using a phone before bed can suppress Melatonin, which is the hormone that helps in signing the brain when it's time for sleep. The hormone is helpful in the sleep circle.

Within years your body adopts to the change of light by the warm red light of sunset which means that the body need to sleep, while the bright blue light of the morning means a sign that the body should wake from sleep.

The blue light from your device (phone, laptop or tablet etc) mimics the day light and suppresses the production of Melatonin which is the reduction of Melatonin that makes it hard to fall asleep.
Instead of melatonin, your body starts to produce Cortisol which takes responsibility in waking you up from sleep.
This action will then sum up resulting to less sleep making you a night owl.
That means taking more than the required time to fall asleep and many years of delaying sleep can affect your internal body clock

Sleep is of great importance as it contributes to the body to yield result in your general work or endeavors. If you are not getting enough sleep your whole body is likely to loose ability and focus (Less energized or lazy)

Accumulated years of having sleep deprived routine can result to illness like, Diabetes, Obesity etc, because during the day Neurotoxins are built  up which are supposed to get cleaned out at night by having enough rest. If your circadian system is disturbed you are going to have a life time of issues.

If you are a web surfer and it's your job to scroll every social app before sleep or check your chats and mails and that triggers you in the brain to stay awake, using technology before bed can trick your brain that needs to stay awake and can make it hard to relax and settle into slumber.

To ensure that technology does not harm your slumber, get yourself at least 40mins with out any gadget before going to bed, this can help you sleep faster.

Technology is supposed to make life easier, but using it before bed is getting you in trouble, it delays REM sleep, (Deeper levels of sleep) leaving you staring at walls and responding to every sound that plays at night.

You have weak feelings in the morning but you are not able to sleep simply because you have scrolled on your phone, creating contents on your blog, watching trending videos and replying chats from friends and business clients on social media all of which increases anxiety, doubting your emotions and meditation, which eventually leads to release stress hormones cortisol.

Your body get into trouble and cortisol is released in your adrenal gland to combat these invisible midnight stress.

A lot of people have a habit of keeping their cell phones just beside pillow, not just that the radiation are harmful but the beeping of notifications can affect your sleep. Keeping your phone far away from you will help avoid the above reasons while sleeping.

We all love the connection, fun and all the socializing has brought us, but do it in a way that your health will not be affected. Remember life is more fun with good health.
